I don't personally tend to draw fanart generally or when I'm stuck/uninspired, I tend to go for critters (prime example, my avatar)... maybe I should give it a go as a means to get the juices flowing. Oh man, my little brother once got into the settings of my college PC and changed the mouse click sound to Jane Lane saying, “Oh no, the toilet is talking to me again.” Also my mom loved that show, and anytime I’d say something sarcastic she’d be like, “you’re just like Daria!” Which in hindsight was a brilliant parenting move, lol.

If you want to get rid of streakiness by using multiple layers, pick a lighter shade of the color you want so the final result is the color you want. Also I love this show, Trent is my favorite character. I shipped him and Daria so hard.

Thank you for sharing that you struggle with alcohol markers! After getting my Arrrtx ones I was really hesitant to use them because of watching you and other amazing artists on here creating beautiful pieces of work. They are really difficult to use and I think that having a style can either help or hinder when using certain art materials. Both are nicely done but I prefere the new one she has more character and more depth.I always finish my art with pencils ,whether don with pens or watercolours.I just use those as a base and finish with pencils which I know and love the best lol..You are only young lol.I watched the first man walk on the moon on our black and white tv as a child.My father drove a Ford when most cars were still pretty much black and the same shape ..I could play out for hours and never worry Mum as long as I was back on time for Dinner lol..Life was cool then and Music as changing and the best music actually came from this time in my early teens too.When you get to my age you don’t get so nostalgic ..I sometimes wish times were like that .Less crime ,murders etc .But most of all people respected each other more..You will see as you get older lol..Your work has improved so much since even I have started following you ..Keep up the great work 🥰
