I was hoping you'd notice the hand thing lol. We all make mistakes at times, but I'm glad you caught it. You mentioned people wanting different ages of characters, have you thought about doing an OC at different stages of their life? Child, teen, adult, and elderly. It could be interesting to see how you envision the growth of one of your own creations throughout their whole lifespan.

Yes I'm so glad I caught it! Can't believe I didn't notice until the VERY END lol T-T I was so mad at myself haha! I have done an OC at different stages of their life before (kzbin.info/www/bejne/rXTCg6efhrWUm5I) but I've never done it all the way to elderly, I think that would be a great idea! ^-^

Lots of improvement. The movement in the hair, the curve of her back, look much more natural. Considering the surrounding area, I think it would be interesting to see a different light source and lighting. She just seems a bit too well lit for a forest. Beautiful improvement!

Nothing better than a lovely redraw while suffering under chemistry. While watching you draw the new piece, I made up this little story: The fairy once lived with a colony of other fairies, but she was exiled (or maybe she left because she didn’t fit in) because she never grew proper wings. The shimmer behind her are part of the wings she never fully developed. She was forced to live in an enchanted forest, having to fend for herself against the many dark creatures that live in the woods. I think the drawing is when she was newly exiled.

This new drawing is amazing! I love the background and interactions compared to the older version. Something I liked from the older one was the ends of the hair looked like it had less volume so it looks like fairy light is shining through it since it’s lighter. Something cool to add in the next redraw could be to have a bit more expression in her eyes like the older one kinda had. Really like the little fairies too ❤️

I’ve noticed that in all your recent redraws, your anatomy and ability to add depth has gotten a lot better! Between the two of the drawings, i think the new one has a sort of “sad eyes hidden behind a smile” look. And since she’s looking directly at the camera, it adds a level of connection, like we’re our own character there watching her features fade Also I love those new trees! They’re very twisty and fantastical, and the little pink spots seem like some sort of gems embedded into them. Also congrats on 150k!!

Hey! A few things I noticed The background seems kind of off? Maybe it's the perspective or I'm just crazy lmao And this is completely subjective but I actually like the original expression more?? Idk, to me the new one doesn't show the story you are trying to tell, I don't really see any melancholy and I can't really understand why, maybe it's the eyebrows or the slightly upturned lips (don't know if that is a thing haha sorry, English isn't my mother language). But besides that I see a lot of improvement, keep on drawing, you are really talented

Hi, I really liked you drawing and painting. When you were making that hand I thought to myself "oh, is something really wrong with the hand" but I couldn't say what was the problema. By the end you corrected and it made the drawing so much better. Good job!

To help with expressions what I find helps me a lot is to pull the face yourself, trying to push it as far as you can. You’ll look kind of silly but you’ll feel all the points where there should be a crease to emphasize the expression. Also I’d recommend doing a sketching video where you just draw expressions, like not faces just the eyes+eyebrows and mouth so you can push it without worrying about it looking realistic! I find the more you just play around and learn how far to push things really helps!! Also to help with a melancholy look I’d say tilt her eyebrows up a tad and closer together with a crease in the middle, it’s subtle but I’m sure it could help you a lot! 💕💕☺️☺️
