It's all about learning the medium! I only used Crayola colored pencils my entire time in high school. Got those prima colors, and I went from hyper realistic still life art all the way back to where I first started with art. Two completely different feeling brands for sure, and while working with Prisma colors is faster, you just can't beat the price of Crayola 😅

Well, not always. Some people are great at certain ways of art (watercolor, guash, acrylic, colored pencil, pen, ball pen, ink pen, dip pen, crayon, etc) and some things are more expensive, so it's harder to make art you're good at making since you're good at something that's to expensive for you to make.

If anyone in the world is wondering why there's numbers on some pens/markers and none on others, it is because the more colors there are, the harder it'll be to remember what colors are what when making a color sheet. Also a color sheet is important because not all art supplies will have the same color on the cap depending on what paper you use, especially since some paper is more absorbent and some is less.
