This is so cool. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE when you go back and fine-tune your work and get rid of any wrong/unpolished pencil lines. Even the great comic book master artists like Jim Lee, David Finch and Stuart Immonen all use erasers. I used to think that it was all perfection right out of the gate until I took art classes and then saw all the masters, that I just mentioned, give free art/style tips and courses with erasers in hand right here on KZbin.

not sure if this is too far back Reiq, but I have a question. is it better to draw on thin paper or thick? because it seems like you are having a more smooth sketch on what sounds like thick sheets?

REIQ what books would you recommend to study drawing? or maybe you think they aren't worth the trouble? Because I practice a lot by observation alone, lots of trial and error until I get the result I want. Despite being hard work, I find it more productive than just reading a book about drawing. BUT I reckon these books exist for a reason, so I'd like to hear your opinion about this matter as you are a much, much better artist than me and someone I look up to.

Of course as long as you are analyzing what you are drawing and not copying what you see, if you see my drawings I’m no copying but molding my drawing on the pose, also I make observations while I draw
