Love watching it come together from a few lines to a lock of mane resting on the horses neck. Wow what a difference just a dash of black can make. Thank you for sharing I'm learning a lot from you. So tell me about the Aquarell white...that's a watercolor pencil? Looks almost like a pastel. I have Luminance and Polychromos. See some artists using Pablo white also. Would like to hear you thoughts on whites....

Yes it’s a water colour pencil but I use it dry. It’s quite chalky feeling but is the best one I’ve found for white over dark 😊

I use the pastelmat board as I prefer it - it seems to be smoother than the paper :)

Gerry Anthony the Caran D’Ache museum aquarell are amazing! I love them and the luminance but the white museum is the best.

It’s clairefontaine pastelmat. This is dark grey and takes a huge amount of layers 😊
