In the anime and manga series Naruto, the Akatsuki Organization is formed as the most feared high-class criminal ninja group whose aim is to take over the ninja world and build a new, fairer world.
This organization was formed by three important figures namely Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan.
In the period after Yahiko's death and leadership passed to Nagato, the Akatsuki cloak changed its style by adding a red cloud to its black robe. This red cloud has the meaning of the bloodshed that occurred in Amegakure and can also mean revenge for Yahiko's death.
