That's not a vacationer. The TUBE is the Vacuatainer. The thing that you're using that name for is called the barrel or the tube holder. It's part of the BD brand Vacuatainer system. Also, all that time spent flushing and cleaning without doing any Inversions on that tube, it's going to clot. Also, the Transfer Device/tube holder/barrel goes in the SHARPS, not Bio bag.

Better to wear surgical mask and to put sterile gauze under cvc lumens directly to be at least sterile field and to prevent the clean gloves from touching thr the cvc hub

No~ the glove is not sterile and the key parts are touched

It may depend on policy for your institution but I don't use sterile gloves for lab draws if there's a line in place.
