The effect is created when a colored part is stiil wet and you add a shade the colors will naturally blend

So, as usual, your drawing is spectacular. But, Gohan's new design itself looks completely ridiculous. The size of his hair makes him look like a troll doll. I get the callback to his SS2 transformation since he's once again shattering his limits, but there had to be a better way to represent that.

You have a way of making the characters' arms look really short and stocky, and it really takes away from the actual proportions of the arm. Please consider working on that in your future art pieces.
