I think its cause i was drawing at a weird angle? But yes. I remember in college i never knew when legs ended 😂 and my friend was like “wow you draw really long legs” She didn’t mean to give me anxiety about it but after that i got determined to fix my issue 😂

Yes! Getting a good handle on basic anatomy is the cornerstone to understanding how to break it down and stylize it. Try to find a fun twist to make it less annoying

I’m sure you get asked this a lot, but I’ve been meaning to ask - What sort of tablet, stylus and program are you using? I’ve been in the market for one, but there are so many to choose from.

I used to use a Wacom but switched to an ipad pro for mobility reasons. Biggest downside is I couldn’t afford good space when i got it so i have to do file dumps every so often. And the Apple Pencil to go with it. I also prefer clip studio pro over most programs cause I was self taught on adobe so its more familiar in terms of layout. Every artist is different though. So id recommend starting off on a cheaper non screen tablet to get a handle of the programs and see what works for you. I had a wacom bamboo tablet for most of highschool and college. Its an affordable starting point if you’re strapped for cash. What’s gonna be best is having a pen and program that can do pressure sensitive and a surface that had a bit of a rough texture. There are screen protectors that make the iPad surface feel like paper and it’s really helpful for the transition. Hope that helps!
