To clarify the “fate” of Moxxie’s mom, she was not the imp in the boat with a sack over their head. From my understanding that was a random imp that Crimson wanted Moxxie to get rid of. When Moxxie does, he looks at all the junk floating in the water and he finds his mother’s shoe in the water. This heavily implies that Moxxie’s mom was drowned by Crimson earlier on.

I kind of understand that, honestly. I find difficulty writing female characters, despite being a woman myself. In fact, I find it easier to write male characters, even easier to write gay male characters, and I'm at my absolute best when writing FEMININE gay male characters. I assume Viv has the same issue, which is why we get a high focus on Fizz and Stolas

The closest we’ve gotten to a Millie episode so far was Unhappy Campers, I wouldn’t consider it a Millie centric episode since it only really hinted at a possible future conflict.

That and it was a really bad conflict that felt forced. It would've made more sense for it to be swapped and have Moxxie want to finally be loved by and cheered on by everyone Seriously, Moxxie is constantly bullied abused and looked down on by his boss and his boss's daughter, and Millie doesn't say shit about it. But apparently we're supposed to believe Millie, the only one in IMP with a normal, not toxic family dynamic and the IMP's heavy hitter, is the one that feels unappreciated and like she never gets the spotlight She single handedly killed a giant fish monster and wiped the floor with Crimson's men, but okay

My cannon is her name is Mariah, from the wrath ring, & has a sort of Mexican-imp heritage. I think Crimson forced her to marry him, like she or her family were in debt & he offered a trade for the money. She also was the one that taught Moxxie how to use a gun, being the best shot in all of Wrath. Crimson is the one that taught him to kill. She taught Moxxie how to shoot, Crimson taught him how to kill

To be honest I’ve had a feeling that Crimson and Moxxie’s mom had a force marriage thing cause from what we’ve seen by relationships usually it’s the forced relationships that are bad plus Moxxie’s Mom seems like the person who wouldn’t want to be with Crimson to begin with also she looks beautiful in your style

@@user-hv1lv9tl7c Oo good one that could make sense but just in opinion from what we’ve seen of Crimson who wants to get stuff done as soon as he could and if that were to be true he probably did it with Moxxie’s mom when he saw the perfect and earliest time to do so and then eventually got rid of Moxxie’s mom as soon as Crimson didn’t need her anymore and MAYBE acted like he got tired of her.

Apparently, Millie wasn’t originally part of the main cast, which is why her background (and lack of episodes surrounding her) is so much lighter compared to Moxxie and Blitzø; also, apparently Vizzie just really likes angst

I know you didn’t bring it up, but I have a theory about how Moxxie was previously stated to be from Wrath, but is later shown to have grown up in Greed. I think his mother is an imp of Wrath, and Moxxie was raised there by just his mother for a few months to a year before Crimson got wind of Moxxie’s existence. I think Crimson then forced Moxxie’s mom to marry him so he could have control over his son.

So theory here. Maybe Moxie's attraction to Milli is because of his mom. And the reason why Moxie's dad let millie go with a side glance, wasn't only because she bested him but because it reminded him of HIS WIFE. Whom he still misses. And maybe this may tur into an arc were Moxie slowly turns into his dad and repeats the while cycle like generational trauma.

There is a theory, and it might have been confirmed I can’t remember, but it says Moxxie’s mom either faked her own death or Crimson dumped her clothes into the water to make Moxxie think she died so he would obey him.

Theres a taste of it in Unhappy Campers, building off of what we see in the full moon episode when we meet Striker. Millie is immensely skilled and confident in herself and her choices, and because of this those skills are rarely acknowledged. Unhappy campers is the first time we see that get to her as it conflates with Moxxie's insecurities. But im hoping for more myself!

I think that they aren’t going to really do anything to Millie’s backstory because then they may feel like they have way too many characters with a tragic story and might want one character who is really lovable and cool without the trauma. It’s actually worse for Crimson that Millie didn’t kill him. He doesn’t fear death, what Crimson fears, is loosing his power and influence as a mafia boss. The imps *letting* him live, is worse. He now is forced to live with the knowledge, that IMP, is a force not to mess with. An organization, that can take away everything he has left. Then, end him. Living with the possibility he’s no longer untouchable, is worse than death. The moments Crimson is alone, he’ll be scrambling with worry that IMP could dismantle his empire in a week, and force him to watch it all burn.

about the millie episode, from what we know u til she gets her own episode and how she acts around her parents (and vice versa) we can tell that millie seems to be the only character with no childhood trauma. she could end up having trauma from different things like how blitzø had the circus accident even though he still had daddy issues in a later episode. another thing that might be the case is millie, her sister and her parents are really good at hiding what's happened in the past but i doubt that's true
