love how cozy this vlog was, i also couldn't stop looking at your nails, they're like beetle colored!! i totally feel you on art styles, every few months or years i have an existential crisis on my style as an artist and i feel like the beautiful thing is seeing how my skills have grown over the years and i love the idea of viewing your art as your own personal way you like doodling something whether it's cats, people, etc.! anyway i'm more of a silent viewer, i don't comment often, but i've been enjoying these vlogs lately and i hope you're doing well cheyenne!!

hehee i really love them too !! they're acrylics, with an emerald gel polish and then a gold chrome powder rubbed into it, but since I just got the acrylics off, I found a normal polish that'll give me a similar effect hehe

Hello! I think you mom is so great. You are so fortunate to have her come visit and hang out. Re drawings... I think for the back of the pants what is missing is the center seam. That's why the pocket on the right looks like it's right in the center of the back. You do use center seams on the fronts of your pants, why not also on the back? The pocket on the right should actually go on a 3/4 view so you only see half of it, if you are going to match the top and the boots. I hope this makes sense. I don't think it's a failure, and I love that you just keep at it. Have you heard of croquis? this is what is used when drawing fashion. You could look into that and see what you think? It might help with proportions and poses that are not front on to the back or to the side. Here's to Pepperoni headbutts! ❤

God the relatability of doing the little duolingo victory theme back at it though 😂 Oh gosh that slow living jumper is to die for (even though I actually have a fear of snails 😅 I still love it), and those little apple cheek trousers! Also gosh those green nails are INCREDIBLE and remind me of beetles. God 'Gesture > Anatomy' is such a vibe though, but also wanting to make sure the anatomy is correct so the gesture makes sense is a lot ;A; But you're right, draw stuff in the way that you like... and yeah overthinking is so real... And yeah, I like spreads that are nice to look at, I know I should keep mistakes so I can learn from them but also I could just cover them up with some colourful collage that makes me smile when I look it rather than cringe??? Might have to follow up on that sponsor or maybe send it as a hint to my partner.... 👀
