I dont use reference when drawing illustrations and peices of that manner. I only use reference when studying in order to learn more about the figure or whatever im trying to learn 🙂

Hey man, i am drawing for a month already. I have a story for a manga but i need to get a good drawing skills, so any tips to get better ? Currently my problem is that my faces look pretty ugly and hairs aswell. I am starting to get used to the perspective point 1 for now and i guess i have a problem with anatomy too. I do get the motion line of the body right but i can't draw a proper body tho. I got used to foreshortening aswell.
