You should speed up the video to 10 times speed that would make it about 6 minutes long and most people won't watch the full video for the full hour and like 5 minutes

And you shouldn't shade until you're done with the actual drawing or sketch part cuz if you do that you won't know if you're going to finish the drawing and it makes the process slower
