2:15 I watched the movie recently! I can tell you that he genuinely didn't do much story-wise. He was just one of the many misfit toys that didn’t get given to a child until Rudolph mentioned the Island to Santa. He specifically was a "misfit" because cowboy toys are supposed to ride horses.

1:29 the wonky-donk is back there because that's it's ankle, not it's knee! the part below the wonky-donk is the same structure as a human foot's sole, with birds basically always on their tippy toes while standing. You don't see the knees because they're up in the floof, with most* birds lacking major hip mobility as they've evolved to use their thighs as extra anchor points for flight muscles. (*one notable exception are old world vultures, with cinereous vultures in particular known to skulk about upright in a way that looks a lot like a guy in a suit. they're very funny creatures.)

Also if anyone cares, my personal favorite christmas movie is either Iron Man 3, or this obscure movie called Christmas is Cancelled (although sometimes they call it 'The Fight before Christmas') about a dad who dates his daughter's high school frienemy... it's...hilariously cheesy... Anna and the Apocolypse is also really good... (Soldier at War is stuck in my head, as is Savage's villain song that I can't remember the name of...but I just love how Savage goes from being stern teacher who only sees things logically to completely insane as soon as structure means nothing anymore)
