It’s the mindset of looking at the overall effect of the foliage, and trying to g to draw that, not thinking of leaves that is the key. All the best with it. 😀

Stephen I have a problem... Or rather a desire to make realistic fine Weaver bird's nest with pen... And somehow I am not getting it how... Could you give a tutorial on nests?

I’m afraid I’ve never drawn a nest or have any reference material, but the principle is the same. Draw the overall effect, not in too much detail , except in a limited way in the most visually prominent area. Give it a go. 😀
