Thank you Tim, is there an easy way to make adjustments to a bench mark, for instance to raise or lower the terrain in whole or to lower or raise the house in whole to meet the benchmark?

If I’m understanding what you’re referring to by benchmark, possibly a surveyor has indicated FFE is 183.2’ and then gives contour lines around the property such as 180’ 170’ 160’ etc? I’ll have to go back and watch this video again to see what I said back then. I would set the terrain at the 183.2’ and then draw the contours at 180, 170, 160 etc. Works out perfectly. Let me know if I’m misunderstanding the concept of your question.
