Your father, Grandpa Chan, came to visit my Latin American Studies class here at Seoul National University, with your sister, Miru, and your gracious mother, Grandma Marina. The students were enthralled with his artwork and stories. One student even came up crying at the end of class to tell him of the memories his art had awakened in her during the visit. Other students took pictures and even got autographs. Grandpa Chan was very happy to meet with them and share a love for people and life. As for me, I was further honored by the chance to share a meal and take a walk around the campus with them. Since both Grandpa Chan and Grandma Marina are graduates of this university from back in the day, they were especially excited to be here and were so proud of our students.
