The fun thing with Pokemon as well is after you do these you can also try out other skills such as colouring and inking. Pokemon, in general, have pretty good pallets and can really do a lot with learning from their designs and colours it also helps. Not to mention most people born 1997 and above (I dunno if pokemon is still popular with the youth the same way) are going to be already familar with them and might even already be something they want to draw. On top of it a lot of Pokemon designs are derived from real things or popular fantasy creatures

I just wanna thank for the real practical tips. Most youtubers just say "do this and do that" but never say "I do this way, is a tool, so use it for yourself if works for you" like you do. Anyway, just thanks. Lets make art.

When I first began practicing basic shape drawings, I struggled quite a bit. It was a tough journey, but I committed to practicing daily for about an hour, and after just a month, I’ve seen amazing progress. Now, I can confidently tackle even the most complex shapes in the Pokémon world. I’m so grateful to Marcel-sensei for guiding me through this transformation. It’s incredible how far I've come! ❤

I've been on and off with drawing, trying to learn for..well years at this point. Started, got a lil better, hit a roadblock and got overwhelmed with information, so I stopped. That's been the story for a solid 5 years now as I try to make sense of my own life. But hoooly you just have such a lovely way of putting everything together, watched and learned everything from your basics video and this (the first 2 levels kinda) and while I'm no professional, I can actually draw simpler things in multiple and different dimensions. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you, for making such an amazing guide. Also Corphish is my favorite pokemon c:
