You can make your eyes look bigger by putting white eyeliner on your waterline. Also you could buy circle lenses (contact lenses). They make eyes look bigger.

no you do not need to shave them..there is a way to conceal them with children's glue stick and concealer..I used to do it to my brows when I was growing them back after a big mistake..it might not be as perfect but that's ok..look it up
