Great looking course vlog. Really liked the graphics for the pin location and yardage, and the second camera zoom on the hole.

I am so jealous and yes some courses have opened unfortunately they are covered in Snow because of a couple of freak winter storms in April setting records for both cold and snowy weather.

Good stuff. Your fourth shot on the third hole, (#12 I guess), what is your thought process for chipping vs putting those? I lose a lot of strokes on shots just like that. I probably would have gone back and forth before halfway committing to one or the other, and wound up either stubbing a chip short or ramming a putt 8 feet by, lol.

Hi Eric, decision was based on a few factors. Chipping and putting were both options, ground conditions still not great in March so I didn't really feel I could trust the roll of the ball, hence the chip. Key thing is to commit and go through the process once you have made your choice. Pre shot routine is so important in these situations.

At the drive on hole 12 it looks like Jon Watts has the ball in the center of the stance. Is it camera angle or does he play it like that?
@ChrisRyanGolf8 жыл бұрын
The camera wasn't set up to be directly face on so wouldn't read too much into that. Think he was trying to play a draw, so aiming right, this would definitely make the ball look more middle. Probably more an optical illusion on this one!
