They should use SCP - "Lucky" , as a weapon and destroy SCP-6096. That particular anomaly seems one of the worst. The fact it forces people to help it kill is more detrimental than most of the long term effects many of the creatures project. The maternity ward comment really got me.... Got me to thinking is the only way to have the opportunity to harm it is truly chanced luck than use 'Lucky's' ability in a way that it's his life or SCP-6096's . Perhaps his Good luck will be enough boost to outweigh his opponent.

Every 3+ star hotel chain in America has an ice machine, only those with minibars may not have one. Usually in a room labeled "ice" near the elevator. The rooms will all have a bucket and disposable plastic bags for ice storage.
