I've had a theory that Dr Bob is actually anomalous himself and a member of the 05 council, more specifically 05-13 the member of the council of whom is used to make decisions in the foundation. That's why he's allowed to interact with SCPs while the other members can't, he's replaceable. And people like TheRubber are high ranking researchers and that's why they know so much about so many anomalies. Although, Dr Bob if you are reading this, I think it would just be amazing if you and TheRubber did a collab where both of you discussed the different possibilities for SCP-001 and which one is the most likely. Here's what I think: SCP-0909 "Dr. Bob" Classification: Safe A figure resembling a scientist at the SCP Foundation with a missing face acts as a sort of "observer" of other SCPs, alerting anyone who hears him of what the SCPs can do, what classification they are, and anything else that the SCP Foundation themselves knows. It is unknown whether or not SCP 0909 knows more that the Foundation does, but it has never posed a threat to anyone or anything, and has even been shown to be "immune" to the effects of at least what is estimated to be 5 SCPs
