That is how the DRC and MONUSCO have always been. They don't hate Rwanda, they hate the Tutsi and want to completely eliminate anyone of Tutsi ethnicity in Eastern DRC. Vraiment le congo ne veut pas de morts de Tutsi ni leur extermination.je ne pense ca comme ca moi.ca fait longtemps ils sont au Congo quand ils sont venus comme de refugiés. Le Congo/Zaïre ne les a rien fais comme mal.au contraire ils se sont évolués beaucoup au Congo où ils avez beaucoup de chances d'étudier ,travailler,commercialiser,militariser comme ils veulent eux mêmes.
