I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation. Although I’ve heard of Priyanka in entertainment news, this was my first introduction to her as a person. She’s amazing! Listening to her extreme confidence alongside her extreme insecurities was eye opening for me. What do you know? She is a human being! Lol a gorgeous human being, at that! I love her quote that she is the “sum of all her choices”. Wow what a fabulous support system she has. That support system truly has made a difference in her life.My take away is her revelation that doing the same routine over and over can become detrimental and it can keep you from growing. That is something that I have noticed in others but never in myself. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Everyone needs to hear this!

Thanks Rangan. This was a treat. I am a regular listener of your podcasts. I appreciate your personal touch, your patience, kindness you exhibit in everything you do. I am a first generation migrant to England and I can see my teenage daughter integrate far easily than I ever expected. The discussion about second generation feeling of confused belonging is a huge topic. I would suggest/request you can do a podcast on that with normal teenagers - insecurities and building confidence

Ultimately, freedom has to do with why you are in the world and what brought you into the world. You are not here by accident. You did not simply wash up on the shore one day. You are not simply just a product of the mechanisms of nature. You have come here for a greater purpose. You have come here to do something unique and special. You were sent into the world to make a contribution to the world, to the quality of life, and ultimately your freedom is about this. This beautiful and profound quote is by Marshall Vian Summers

...also I whilst I appreciate that your podcasts are having a broader view of what health and wellbeing I much preferred when you spoke to people who are researchers or who work at the coalface. We rarely get to hear their voices and to introduce people to scientists who we might not ordinarily hear from that much would be much nicer. Our culture us saturated with celebrity and we rarely get to hear those voices from ordinary inspirational people and people who many of us can relate to.Oh Dr Chatterjee please don't come too far away from your original purpose as a health "expert".....I 'm worried 😥
