The Input glitch can't be fixed by removing the battery from your controller or turn your controller off you have to restart the console to fix it

Does input glitch still happen if the controller is plugged? I’ve never gotten it and I use a wired connection. I’m probably WRONG but I suspect it’s something specific with elite series controllers. I use a 3rd party wired.
