Blunt nose means either subsonic or hypersonic. Pointy nose is used for super-sonic missiles. So earlier I thought it could be SMART. But it uses solid propellant. So SMART is ruled out. Then I thought may be DRDO is working on a supersonic version of Nirbhay. But the trans-sonic explanation given towards the end of the video seems to be the most feasible one.

Its most probably combine turbojet - ramjet propulsion cruise missile DRDO working for years. Its working mechanism block diagram is already on internet for 4 years. Just curious on, Our armed forces have they given orders on these missile from past 3 years what DRDO has tested, or still getting missiles from outside depending on Russia or Israel.
