Dreadful condition of Bhati Primary School playground raises questions over Panchayat’s role

The dreadful condition of the primary school's playground in Bhati Village Panchayat has raised serious questions over the Panchayat’s role in the school’s development. The playground is entirely covered with bushes, gutters are open, streetlight poles are covered with bushes, lights are hanging, and the compound wall is damaged. The project of school beautification is worth Rs 1,18,000 and without any approval, the panchayat secretary disbursed the amount with no proper record of work done. The school submitted an application regarding this issue one month ago, but no action has been taken yet.
