Is lvl 4 wigger mii suit a bad or a good thing for rank 50 plus

It's good but you have level that to 5 or 6

Next tour is winter tour so I am planning either do these two options 1. Take Mortan mii suit lvl 4 2. Get stana mii suit and take him to lvl 3 3. If I have one high end ticket put it on Santa to get him lvl 2

Howd you get your high end drivers leveled so high? Have you been spending? Is it best to get a bunch to lvl 3 first or just max out 1-2 drivers etc at atime?

I play since day 1 and of course spent quite some amount of money. I think it's best to go up to Lv6 for coverage
