In this video I'll show you how I made the pixellised Dragon I did for a cover artwork for Barong Family. It's quite time consuming but it can make for some very interesting art!
Also; I know that there are probably easier ways to pixellise an illustration in Photoshop, but the meaning of this video is how to make one from scratch with reference material.
