I used to wear the sleeve bandanas to bed at times.. that way your dreads can fully stretch out the back, but still keep out of your face.

I always wear my sleeping cap when I'm sleeping or lying around in bed on my phone. Once you get into the habit, it starts to feel weird not sleeping without it.
