At the front of the rules there is a comprehensive coverage of the battle of Ulsan from Battleships in Action (available free online). It gives a very good sense of the battle. As Andrew mentioned the Rurik suffers her historical fate and overall It's a good read.

Hello Andrew!!! Hope all is well with you & family and that you were all able to celebrate a joyous Easter. I’ve been consumed of late participating in group campaign play with Western Front Ace and the good ol classic B-17 QOTS. However I’ve still been checking in on the channel from time to time since your last posting of Up Front where Sgt. Choong entered the fray. Very much enjoyed this latest play through on Dreadnoughts which felt quite a bit like a naval Up Front. That begs the question if perhaps a distant relative of Sgt. Choong (great uncle maybe?) wasn’t on one of the Japanese cruisers as a squad member of an early iteration of their Special Naval Landing Forces. Regardless, hope to see the good Sgt. return to the field of battle (i.e. your table top) sooner than later. Cheers!

Hello Jeff! Lovely to hear from you as always, and I hope that you and yours are well too. We are having a splendid Easter break and looking forward to a weekend with family. Likewise, I hope you've all had a joyous one as well. I hope you've been having a lot of fun with your aerial campaigns! I've been re-reading 'Zeppelin Raider' which is a rather heavy but good read, and it's been making me want to blow the dust off one of my lighter-than-air simulations. I also re-watched 'Memphis Belle' very recently and it's put me in a 'Queen Of The Skies' mood too! :) Sergeant Choong sends his best wishes and much appreciates the enquiries as to his activities. I have played a fair bit off camera, but you're right it would be good to have some on-camera adventures soon. I'm planning to spend the next few months catching up with promises I made to folks last year, but once that's done more 'Up Front' is on the literal cards! All Best, Andrew

That would be great when the game is a little more developed. I am very sorry to say one of the designers passed away earlier this year. He very generously shared his design materials with me and I have been slowly getting my head round them. I am hoping to get in touch with his co-designer soon to see what our options are for taking this forward.

I'll try and keep everyone posted about the effort to get this beauty into print. I really love this game and am very grateful to the designers for giving me a chance to try it out. I hope these videos help spread the word - my previous ones have been shown to a prospective publisher who sadly didn't bite, but at least they are there so we can point others to them. I'm afraid it has not made it into production. One of the designers very sadly passed away earlier this year, and I need to get back in touch with the other gentleman who was involved with it. Fingers crossed it will get out there one day :)
