CAMERA COMBAT TIP - In this game aiming is quite specific. Wait until the phone starts glitching before taking a photo. Sometimes you need to focus on a part of an enemy instead of the enemy itself. For example in the Evil Linda boss fight @1:11:00 you need to aim at her knife and not directly at her or the blue orb she throws. On PS5 you might find it difficult to find the correct angle to make the phone glitching happen, even with collectibles. I've heard this isn't the case on PS4, although i have not tested this. Also in the 2nd Evil Linda fight on the rooftop i constantly held left stick left to side step her lunge attack. This might help some people as i've heard some complaints with this specific attack. Also there is no invulnerability in this game after being hit; so if you get surrounded by multiple enemies in later chapters or the last boss fight, then you're health is instantly deleted as each hit will do its set amount of damage. It's a good idea to keep some space between your foes and hold square to buffer the phone flash.

TIP: start collecting on chapter 5 if you start the urban legends from chapter select to chapter Mona won't know you collected all of them even if you got them all unless you did it on that Same playthrough. SO START ON 5

i collected urban legends with chapter select but after collected all urban legends when i talked mona i didnt get trophy :(

You sure you have collected all? You can check your progress in the options

@@IBadDriverI Yea i have them all in ghostpedia but when i talk npc she doesnt say like in video and then no torphy but when i check Ghostpedia->Urban Legends i have them all i guess its bug or something since i collected them with chapter select i guess

@@IBadDriverI it didnt work too since i didnt collect any urban legends when i finished the game i guess the game kept thinking i need to collect more but i already collected them and it counts in ghostpedia. new game worked i collected every urban legends again from beginning until act and when i talk to mona i got platinum trophy.Thanks for the guide its amazing :)

Hi. Awesome guide. Still can’t unlock the friends in high places trophy and I know I talked to all the ghosts the first time and I’m on my second playthrough. Any recommendations? Maybe I only need to talk to some of them and not take pictures of them?

I'm having trouble with the trophy called , "I got your back". You have to backstabbing the enemies which I've been doing and still the trophy hasn't popped. And I doing something wrong?

For me it popped at the motel....you definitely need to to backstab a lot monsters if you don't get it during your playthrough use chapter select

Thank you for the wonderful video as always! So I was wondering, is it possible to use chapter select for getting the Urban Legends trophy? One weird thing I noticed is I can collect the Maung District's Legends but not the ones on other places :S. I haven't tried with the Ghosts yet, like for example returning for the NPC ghosts or a particular enemy like the one on the basement. Would this save the progress on the system file and let me navigate through chapter select to another Act to get what I am missing?

Do it on chapter 5 From chapter 5 speak with Mona 1st to start the quest. If you go from chapter select to chapter select Mona won't know you got all the ghost even if it's on your file but to answer your question technically yes your ghostpedia will have all the ghost you originally took from your 1st playthrough

@@AyoMousy Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I started from Ch5, talked to Mona to start the quest and then went to look for Urban Legends. I was able to get the ones on the district but the others didn't work for some reason :( I will try with the ghosts now and see if it works. Thanks again!

for the achievement "talk to all ghost npc" you can do it selecting the chapter? or you need to do it in one playgame? because i finished the game and din't get it.. i don't even know which ghost i need to talk now

God this game makes me sad. It's such and incredible game with so many good things, but what the fuck are those boss fights! Has anyone played this and said "yeah, this is fine, let's release it". You can't dodge properly, I cannot figure out when the game considers the picute will damage the ghost or not. I know it will damage when the phone screen has interference, but what on earth makes the interference happen? And it's just for a split second often, almost impossible to hit without taking damage. It's a huge and complete mess.

@@IBadDriverI I'm not crazy then! I'm playing this on Series X and the bosses take noticeably more damage. The camera is absurd, the game wants you to be on a perfect position for the picture that more often than not makes absolutely no sense. A real shame because it's such a cool game! If the phone camera worked fine this would be a very nice survival horror game out of nowhere! Great guide though, I'm enjoying it whenever I'm not fighting a boss😂

@@killing5pr3 should be. Goes along what Bad Driver said, that the PS4 version is easier. Same logic, Series X should be using the same code the PS5 version uses, with the above normal crappy camera. Not that the PS4 one is actually good judging by the video, it's just not that bad.
