Was just there last week I stayed in Oia. We rent a car not a quad bike misses had to have air conditioning. We went to a black sand beach called Mersa it was beautiful. Santorini felt the the surface of the sun very hot. There was a woman at our hotel doing the same photo shoot as you with a red dress on like you, we stayed at Ikies in Oia.
