I started to ride a bike that I assembled myself. Back then, I didn't have the opportunity to buy a road handlebar and dual shifters, so for several years I rode with a straight handlebar. and now I'm finally waiting for a spare part to equip my streetfighter with a road handlebar. but somehow so sad ... the flat steering wheel looks so cool and aggressive!)

A gavel bike needs at least 32mm tyres for a decent comfortable ride,but 28c it's a bit off a joke.

Yes as long as you have axs on another bike to pair the derailleur. I just got to sets of blips for my project mutant bike

Hi! Nice bike build! I saw your announcement in Instagram and initially I thought that this video would be kind of review. May I ask you why you have chosen flat bar version? I have an impression that you are speed addict and your dad is probably too, and we all know that drop bar bikes are generally faster than flat bar bikes.

Interessanter Aufbau. Beim Bikeversender r2-bike wird im Shop behauptet: "Das Schaltwerk ist nur kompatibel mit SRAM eTap AXS Schalthebeln!" - Hier aber wird der normale Controller der MTB-Gruppe verwendet. Irgendwelche Auffälligkeiten im Betrieb?

Mit dieser Frage haben wir uns auch rum geschlagen. Ich hatte aber bereits vice versa gesehen. Im Betrieb gibt es keine Probleme! Koppeln, einstellen und fertig. Funktioniert 1a.😊

@@mikemono Ok, schonmal gut zu hören. D.h., koppeln von Schaltcontroller und XPLR-Schaltwerk ging problemlos und ein Schaltimpuls am Taster des Controllers führt das Schaltwerk um den korrekten XPLR-Schaltweg weiter. Die Eagle- und XPLR-Kassetten sind ja offenbar unterschiedlich breit bzw. haben andere Schaltabstände.

@@tg8848 okay das ist krass spezifisch. Ich kann dir nicht sagen ob dss funktioniert allerdings würde ich auch keine Mtb Kassette mit einem Xplr Schaltwerk fahren. Da würde ich den klassischen Weg eines eagle Schaltwerks mit einer anderen Kapazität gehen, wss ich auch schon oft gesehen habe. Deine Frage bezieht sich aber her auf die Schaltfrequenz. Technisch gesehen gehe ich nicht davon aus dass der Schalthebel die Schaltabstände funkt sondern das letztlich über das E-Getriebe läuft. Generell denke ich ist der shifter nur ein Signalübermittler. Daher würde ich immer die passende Kassette zum Schaltwerk fahren.

Not necessarily. Geometry, frame strength, tires and of course components are what make a mountain bike not the flat bars.

Why have a sloping down stem for? that is stupid. Also that is not a gravel bike it does not have the geometry of one and the tyres are not gravel 700x40c
