Awesome build. Cushcore and tire installation due to magic of video editing: ~5 minutes. Actual time to install Cushcore and tire getting the bead in there: 47 hours ;)

It's a Cush Core. Kind of like foam padding that protects your rims in case the tires get squished really thin.
