I like how Polygon is basically a pretty affordable bike brand, but somehow it's a dream build. The most charming thing about it is for someone it can be a dream bike, so the person would be insanely stoked to ride it! And that's what MTB is about - not about having a 13k SC bike
@TopToBottomMTB2 жыл бұрын
I know! Couldn’t of said it better myself! This is definitely a dream build for a lot of riders out there! Drooling over a 10k Yeti is nice and all but this bike is mint and a dream to ride! Best of all its attainable for almost everyone out there!

I like the idea of taking everything apart and reassemble it, peace of mind when it comes to correct lubrication, but I wouldn't had taken the hydraulic brakes apart if I wasn't replacing them with some better, IMO

That wouldnt be for me, i’d end up rounding off all the bolts, putting the tyres on backwards, overtigntening the stem and crushing the handlebars, filling the brakes with bike cleaner instead of brake fluid, etc

Did you just buy a bike and take it all apart to rebuild it? If you did, great job!
@TopToBottomMTB2 жыл бұрын
Bikes Online sent over the bike for 6 mths... Best way I know how to acquainted with a new whip is to build it yourself. Changed a few things on it right off the bat and added the cush core but I'm really happy with the parts it came with stock so left most of it unchanged.
@S_Mendez_282 жыл бұрын
So therapeutic to watch. I really wish the black/brown was available at the place where I bought mine. It looks MILES better than the black & purple. No complaints about the bike though. It's working out great for a beginner such as myself. But man...that all black/brown, or even the limited all black one...😪

I think I found the one. 🤤 Man I’ve been dreaming of getting into trail riding for years but could never afford. Been saving up and finally can afford an entry level like this. Stoked about all the effort and quality you put into your videos. I can see this stuff is sacred to you. I have a feeling I’ll feel the same when I get into it. Dope shop and bike! Would love to see a video breaking down what every single part does while you build it for a total beginner who wants to understand everything. Also explaining the tools needed to build, what to upgrade and why, etc.

Nice video quality/production, but, those are all the stock build parts. Did you just remove all of the parts off of a stock bike and put them back on?
@TopToBottomMTB2 жыл бұрын
No need to change the build! Just highlighting how the components it comes with are great and you don’t need to go overboard with vanity parts that cost an arm and a leg. Added a couple upgrades and made sure everything is properly tight and lubed. Now it’s ready to rip!🤘🏻

This budget conscious build is a dream build to many people in my audience. This bike is showing me that you don’t have to give up your right arm to end up with a great bike that rips!
@Ren_Kobe2 жыл бұрын
The idea is great but I think your description and definition is whats confusing. Dream Build= chosen parts / single handedly picked to produce such creation. Dream bike/budget bike = bike that you both with all the parts in 1 box. (Just put the front tire, hndle bar, pedal, air on all suspensions) Re-build (this is your video): you dissambled the bike and put it all together again. Pls correct me if im wrong✌️ Nonetheless great bike for money for sure. 100%!
