OMG that bike is beautiful!! and the mechanic did a great job. but those edges from the spacers to the "stem" and the part where the bar tape ends would drive me crazy.. was already hard watching put that together..

Just got mine last week. Same frame and paintjob, but 105di2 and a less expensive wheelset. I love it, such a nice bike to ride and the paintjob is gorgeous. i rode the new lightweight climbing orca at my local bike shop, but this one just has that little something that makes me smile every time I see it

Beautiful. What is the name of the Orbea color of the frame? Looks gorgeous. It looks almost "root beer brown" if you know that 1970's muscle car color in the USA....

@@51jjm thank you! The color is red wine with a bit of raw carbon accented. I’ve never seen that bike color before, but I can see where you’re coming. I took a picture of my bike on a ride yesterday & from far it looks black/dark brown.

I thought it was that color! :) I'm looking at getting a road e-bike; either the Orbea Gain or Specialized Turbo Creo...your bike color is now one of my possible picks, if I go with the Orbea. Beautiful color. I know this color has so much richness in the sun and subtle reds, browns, maroon/Burgundy with a hint of almost gold sprinkles...love 'root beer' brown! ...thanks again Fernando and enjoy your beautiful bike!

An Orbea Orca OMX is my dream bike! I absolutely love that bike. Though the paint job on this on is a little too subtle. That handle bar though is so freaking dope!

I have this bike in this color. I was worried about the color being too subtle as well, but it hits way different in person. It can look different depending on the time of day or what I’m wearing reflecting off of it.

@@h31sman What is your experience with the paint quality at the glossy red parts? Is it robust or prone to scratches? Because when I look at 16:40 at approx. 2cm below the "Orca" badge on the top tube, it´s already full of scratches.

@@kallewirsch7915 it’s definitely prone to scratches, but it’s only noticeable up close and you have to be really looking out for it. From far, the color looks great despite the tiny micro-scratches. I hardly notice it myself anymore unless I’m cleaning it up. I think it’s the nicest color they came out with in 2022, but if it bothers you, go with a different color. The bike overall has been fantastic. Great cross between comfort and aero.

8:14 yeah, that BB is anything but straight. No free spinning at all. Did you check the frame? Maybe tolerances are off? Although, for the money someone will pay for this build, everything should be perfect.

This is absolutely normal on normal bottom brackets with Shimano cranks. Maybe he obertightened the crank a little bit but not a lot. As long as the crank is spinning smoothly it’s normal that it stops quite quickly.

@@jakobxyz9244 overtightening is not recommended either, it will cause premature failure of bb bearings and may even cause jamming of the cranks.

I thought the new Dura Ace 9200 would not need the Di2 wires on the shifters? Aren't they supposed to be wireless at the shifters? Never mind, I re-watched and saw that there are additional shifters that required the Di2 wire. I have a bike on order with the new Ultegra Di2 group set, can't wait to get it.
