Snapping fingers didn't work for me either 😕 I suggest if you make these videos you help us with the part that you skipped at the snap! That's the most important part you skipped 😢
@farmgirl7926 күн бұрын
No it's not, you continue the pattern all the way around. I use Fish netting needles to finish my web if I don't put beads in the middle. Cuts your time in half

Well. Beautiful. Except that finger snap... It was my first time at all making this kind of art. Through another video I had to discard 3 times the catcher.. then I gave up. After this video I made all after the finger snap, on my own and it is beautiful! I even made the middle in a different way and I put 1 extra layer of beads and o out one in the middle... beautiful thanks! Next time full tutorial please. I like the art work. :)

What kind of thread did you use for this dreamcatcher. This is so pretty. Thank you for all your videos.
@dreamcatchercreations_ Жыл бұрын
Hello, the thread 🧵 is called sinew. I order it from Canadian company. You can get different colours of sinew too. Here is the website to the company I buy from. www.nativecraftsupplies.com/ You can call them to make orders too.

hi I have a quick question. How does one price the dreamcatchers? By size? I know my time and pain 😂 has to be included...i have a two inch beaded dreamcatcher I made.
@dreamcatchercreations_9 ай бұрын
Oh…. Hummmm…. A beaded dream catcher. I don’t know because I only make leather and sinew with a few beads on the webbing. Bead work is so hard to price. I would join Facebook on a site called “Beadworkers Showcase Paradise”. People share there bead work 1) to sell, 2) show what they made and not for sell 3) ask people for help to price their beaded products. I sold a couple items on this site. When you join, take a nice clear picture and post there and ask people what they think you should price your beaded dream catcher. I hope that will help you.

how do i put the second hoop like that
@dreamcatchercreations_ Жыл бұрын
I used sinew & tied the knot to connect both hoops. I always put my knots towards the back of the dream catcher. The knot, I secured it with superglue. Then I add a piece of leather to cover up my sinew knot so it’s looks better. The leather was a short little piece … just enough to cover the ring, and the knot. Also the little leather piece, I managed to make a knot. When showing or hanging, I always show the nice part facing where one can see it and put the knots facing the wall. Hope this helps. If you want me to make a video on this part, I can. Just let me know. From Rose

Why on Gods green earth, would you just snap your fingers after putting the beads on and skip the rest of the weaving? I'm sorry, but that makes no damn sense. I'm not new to creating dream catchers, but still...There are some people that would appreciate a complete tutorial. So tell me, why would you do that? Smh 🤦♀️

@@dreamcatchercreations_ I'm all set, but thank you. I was pretty much speaking on behalf of those who are just learning. I really don't need to learn how to make one. I've been making them for years now. If I could attach a photo, I'd show you some samples of my creations. They're quite beautiful. 😊☺
