AT, if you truly owns the land with waterfalls, kindly do the followings. 1. First secure the land by getting all government papers. 2. Turn the place to a resort. Dont be in a hurry. Do a very good design of the resort. 3. Start it and later you can ask bank or development organisation to support you financially to finish it. This will generate huge income for you now and in the future. Within the resort, you can build your personal country home there, depending on the size. Congratulations AT. More grace always. ❤from🇳🇬

Wow this is just amazing!! Congratulations on your success, this is a beautiful property. I love your plans for airBnB 👍🏽 I would like to make a suggestion create a garden trail leading up to the waterfall plant some oriental trees and beautiful flowers along the trail and around the falls put some unique benches strategically turning it into an attraction for visitors A perfect spot for weddings picture etc. lol remember me when it all done 🤣 I wish you well many blessings 🙏🏽

Redhill forms part of the 'White Highlands' where British settlers lived in their farms. Not far from Tigoni in Limuru. Very very fertile land and cool climate that is why land is very expensive here. This is a very good investment.

What I'd recommend is to take a sample from the water stream and to have it checked in a laboratory to see how clean it is (ph, alcalinity, residue of pesticides, heavy metals, nitrates) since you are very close from Nairobi. Congratulations for your purchase! 🤗

Sure, but i have no intention whatsoever to consume it . You have no idea who could be bathing upstream 😂😂😂
@dncviorel

@@AFRICANTIGRESS You never know how clean it is until you professionally test it. You might turn the place into a resort with swimming pools and cascades, the location is fabulous, but you should definitely know exactly how clean the water is. Also, it would be very good to know how long the river is, and how and by whom is it used upstream. I'm very happy for you, definitely a very, very intelligent investment. 🤩

In your own country you are not seen as first class citizens - but then you might be accustomed to ignoring micro-aggressions. Congrats, African Tigress! It might be a good idea to get the water tested to make sure it is safe to use. It would be nice if our parents could teach us to invest in property, etc., instead of focussing on buying material things. One advantage for Africans is that they can have a lot of land. In the Caribbean, we are limited to small lots.
