On dreams private account, he said that only 1 Titan is going to be featured in the next video and the other person is only dream and not 3 players. So, i think your theory is wrong and dream might gather more titans in the future videos to increase the difficulty.

I agree with what you said about most of his old viewers not even knowing about Manhunt 2 coming out. I watch Minecraft videos literally daily on KZbin and even I didn't even know about manhunt returning until I came across this video. I think he should have done a bigger marketing campaign for it rather than mentioning it at the end of the video and just tweeting about it. But even without a big hype effort I think it'll do well if he's been planning it for so long
