Thank you for saying this. I believe there are certainly things that are queerbaiting, but I don’t get that from Dream and those he’s associated with. I see someone who maybe hasn’t fully come to terms with his sexuality or at least feels the pressure to by people wanting to fantasize on the internet. Even if he is 100% straight, even tho he’s said he’s unlabeled and finds some men attractive, it’s no one’s business. He’s still an ally and has shown love to the community and has helped out the community in more ways than some creators have.

For anyone who doesn’t know the reason that he couldn’t participate last year was because it was held on KZbin and dream at that point only streamed on twitch it was nothing to do with the fact that he wasn’t out however I would be surprised if he wasn’t in this years pride event bc the event is a charity and dreams one of the biggest streamers and therefore would bring in a lot of donations

This isn’t true at all btw. Dream planned on participating because he isn’t actually signed on Twitch, meaning he can stream on both KZbin and Twitch, and due to the agreement MCC made with KZbin, all participants had to stream on KZbin. But, he just forgot to sign up, so he didn’t play - it had nothing to do with a contract with Twitch because Dream doesn’t have one.

okay, maybe irrelevant, but anyone else think its a little weird that you have to 'come out' as unlabelled? i mean, i guess i never thought about it, but in my mind subconsciously, everyone is unlabelled until they label themselves. I'm not angry at anyone in particular, just have a bone to pick with todays society. Edit: I'm not trying to disregard or make anyone feel invalid, as i realise that might be implied here. some use unlabelled as their preferred public identity term, which would include clarifying this to peers or coming out, as they say.

unlabelled person here its a valid sexuality of people who are queer/LGBTQIA+ but either cant find a label that fits them or doesnt want to find a label that fits, but still know that they are not straight. And you can be mostly unlabelled but still label your gender or sexuality. For example, for me i am unlabelled but i am also ace-spec. Idk where but i am still ace-spec. and yes if you never come out as anything you are technically unlabelled but they are different. And i wish we could live in a world where no matter who you loved you wouldnt need to come because who you loved would never cause anything bad around you but sadly thats not the case. In my case, i first came out as bi demisexual. then panromantic asexual. For a while i wanted to figure it out but i feel comfortable in my own sexuality enough that i dont feel the need to label it. I am just a human who like other humans sometimes. :)

Edit: I totally understand why many ppl feel the need to come out. I'm bi, and coming out to my friends was one of the first steps of accepting myself. The only thing I don't like about that is that we can't feel comfortable about ourselves because everyone immediately assumes we're straight/cis, which makes things awkward unless you come out and people hopefully accept and respect you. Basically, do what you're comfortable with, and if you're not comfortable coming out yet, then you don't have to. I'm just gonna keep an open mind when I meet new ppl so I can erase that straight assumption as much as I can.

I wasn’t truly educated in the whole LGBTQ+ community, I only really knew about gay, bi, pan, and being straight. I didn’t know about all the other sexualities out there, and so I’m coming into this comment section in hopes to find help..? I am confused about my sexuality, I have been for about a year now. I’m a female and I know for sure I am attracted to men. Always have been. But then, at the same time, I’ll find some girls attractive.. and it’s weird to say but I would think of being in a relationship with them but I never truly had crushes on them (but maybe I have and I’m not sure). Hey, gay person here. So i just wanna say, take your time love. I came out 4 years ago and knew I was queer my whole life. I used to identify as Pansexual but I've honestly determined that I'll remain unlabeled. It's sm easier because I don't have to prove to people why I prefer women over men, or why I prefer non-binary ppl over anyone. It's just me and my OWN personal love life. Same for you, you don't have to worry about it. You'll know what label you feel comfortable with at one point, but if you just want to stay unlabeled or known as "queer" that's okay too! You got this!

They don't deny them. I don't know why all of the sudden people are saying MCC Pride is LGBTQ+ only. They've always had straight players in it also. MCC Pride is just as excepting toward everyone as the people that are in it. Look up the last MCC Pride, it even included SmallishBeans and LDShadowLady who are husband and wife. Tubbo, Tommyinnit, WilburSoot, Techno, and some others. Unless I missed something along the way, these are excepting individuals but are not LGBTQ+.

@@shapesfire4700 like I said many players in last pride mcc were straight but since the last one was sponsored by KZbin and that was the only streaming platform being used for the event so players that had only used twitch couldn't stream so they didn't participate in it. Mcc pride is also "non Canon" meaning nothing gets added to the hall of fame. Non Canon events also let noxcrew add people who've never been in a MCC before or haven't been in one for a long time like the oxbox crew and Jerome. Many players also backed out from playing in pride voluntarily to let more LGBTQIA+ CCs play. The fact sapnap might not be able to play isn't only because he's straight, there's many reasons and only so much space in every MCC. LGBTQIA+ CC's get a bit of a priority since its specifically for pride but they don't ban all cis/straight people from participating
