Can you command a demon to die? How can a spirit die i have always wondered. Can someone answer this question. I dont want to pray amiss

Yes you can. We have dominion over the earth that is the law God made in genesis. So based on that we can bind them to death or he’ll fire based on matthew 18:18. You can also command death by Jesus’ sword and by the blood of Jesus and holy ghost fire.

@@SelenaBESTT thanks for replying, however matt 18;18 does not answer the question. Can we agree that spirits are eternal, even ourselves...... So, how can a demon die, if it is eternal. I have not read ONE scripture in the bible that says, we can command demons to die, even in Jesus' name. If we can KILL evil spirits, why are they ALL not dead by now? I believe at best ppl are following what they hear some preachers saying, but where is the scripture? In Revelation 20:1-3, Satan is bound with a chain and hurled into the Abyss, where he is imprisoned for one thousand years. In Revelation 20:7-10, he is set free and gathers his armies along with Gog and Magog to wage war against the righteous, but is defeated with fire from Heaven, and cast into the lake of fire. Even the lake of fire is eternal. We need to be bereans and stop copying what we see others doing and saying.

Die means to be separated eternally from God (Yahweh, Yeshua, and Holy Spirit). So yes, we can command spirits to be eternally separated from God, in Jesus name (I.e. they're going to the pits of hell).
