Here is our fourth OrcaMind song “Dream”. I wrote it about you! There are so many stories about this song and making it, and what it means to me, and we’ll tell you all the stories on twitch during our release party tonight.
One fun thing we did in this video was speed up the song 200% and I sang it really fast, slowed it down in editing, and it made the snow clips look like they’re being sung in slow motion! I’ve always wanted to try it.
I finished what I thought was the entire video edit, and thought…wait, what if I interspliced clips of our performance at Full Sail Orlando? Then I reworked the whole video to incorporate those clips. I didn’t think they would sync up right, but they did magically!
I’m glad I did, because this song was our last song on the set for the Orlando show - our first ever live show, and it was our dream come true. Some of our amazing friends from twitch and youtube are there in the audience, and I’m so happy you could be in the video! All I want to do is keep writing music and performing for you, it’s all we think about. Thank you for listening!
