Better to invest 2 cr in FD or mutul fund and live in home town where almost all have ancestors beautiful house.and enjoy the life with that money there. Worthless to invest 2 cr in home if you have already a permanent home.

If salaried people pay 1 Lakhs per month EMI then it can take 8-10 years to settle Loan of 1 Cr. Price for Villa should not cost more than 60-70 Lakhs :-)

usually I dont comment much on youtube . But this is specially for higher middle class people like me who dreams for such type of property. Just ask 1 question to builder: what will be a monthly maintenance for it. I am sure 60 to 70k maintenance every year wont suit our pocket if we are not living here permanently. You should also ask queation related to society formation and amentity's maintenance after 5 years from possession. also wont this also fetch toll every time we visit?
