Dream ride through an amazing Potosi Beer Sign & Collectible Collection

Highlights of the Breweriana and Beer Sign Collection of Larry Ellis. It was at an auction by On Poit Auction Services LLC on June 1st, 2024 in Lancaster, Wisconsin - Just north of Potosi, Wisconsin. Larry collected mainly Potosi Brewery items. Many of his beer signs, lithographs, and collectibles are antiques that he found at Beer Shows, Flea Markets, Garage Sales, or just networking with other collectors.

Wow so many quality pieces of Potosi Breweriana.. I did not bid on anything and I should have. There were some pieces that just don't come along that often. I agree with Andy if I would have seen your video first I would have bid on some items. Nice video of a great collection. What a great hobby.

@@thebeercollector Yup still out there. Just picked up a couple of 40's trays and some 40's gettelman plaques (bear cubs, jumping trout) Getting pumped for the NABA Show.

This auction would of gain more interest if the auction company had better images of the items (their photos sucked and were bush league) and not cancelled the first date. Although I did buy a few items, I held back because of not knowing the actual condition. Your great video showed us that the condition was very good and if I would of seen this video before the auction I might of bid more items. On to the next one. As a Potosi collector... just my 2¢ worth.
