1. Panel entrance, literally fans pushing over people, pushing off MOVING wheelchairs to get in. Security was not enough, and before it even started it was already a mess. 2. Dream literally has no place to sit, considering the panel was named literally after him. 3. Related to the above points, it needed a bigger room. I mean UK twitchcon had it, and y'all saw the amount of people that would show up. Why would this ever be a problem? (Not to mention there's a much bigger room literally next to it) 4. Moving on to the actual panel, SWAPPING? SERIOUSLY? This again adds to why there should've been a bigger room. That was just so embarrassing. 5. Host. Not experienced at all, not leading the conversation, just asking questions giving cringy face expression. I did not wanna make this personal but it could've been a much experienced host. Cuz it really put everyone in the room, including the streamers feel uncomfortable. (Just take the awkward silences as an example) 6. Mics. Not having a mic for each person on stage is reasonable (which fyi for an event like this there actually should be), but man yall need them to pass over one handheld mic??? Sure table mics are there but it wasn't comfortable for them at all sharing just a few mics. They should've brought some mic here if they saw this situation, but no it lasted an hour and no one did a thing. 7. Fans had to walk over to ask questions? You really did not have any handheld mics huh? 8. Fan questions should've been filtered, just for example the first one, that was straight up sexual assault. The event host had the responsibility to protect streamers from that. Don't get me wrong most of them were really good but not all of them. Now I am sure doing an event this big, there are so many things to consider. But having this amount of resources, experiences, the whole thing could've been so much better and these problems were simply not acceptable

I blame it all on the twitchon staff and how they setup the panel. They had the worst questions, the microphones didn't even work properly, they accepted everyone in (even the people who had really uncomfortable outfits for the streamers and yes that is aimed at those wearing nsfw art and dnf) also they clearly didn't make it very prepared due to the fact all the streamers were lost and there wasnt even enough spaces for them all. the one in amsterdam was so much more better, the streamers did not deserve the embarrasment they got from this.

I don't even think half of the awkwardness was the questions. I think it was the fact that they had a small stage in a small room even though 400 people wanted to get in (only about a fifth could) and only seven members were allowed on stage and they couldn't see the people asking questions. The Amsterdam one was better. because it had a better environment (and Jack manifold) so it felt more friendly.

I don’t really think the awkwardness was the fault of anyone on the panel. Most of the questions asked from the host were things none of them knew how to answer and the majority of audience treated the Q&A like a meet and greet. It happens, but I still think we had some nice moments amidst all the chaos! :D

as someone who was there and talked to some of the staff afterwards, it was indeed a shitshow. this doesn't even TOUCH the craziness that was the HALLWAY outside of the room. It was crowded as hell, security were yelling at everyone and threatening to yank them out of like, ADA was not respected, and one staff would say one thing, then another would say something different. I think me being painted green with plungers on my head helped with me getting in bc i tend to stick out in crowd when I'm cosplaying LarryBoy.
