My goal, take my 240 with me to Japan and go drift at all the major tracks and visit the factory that built in car
@kirkdurkadurka9 жыл бұрын
Roger Toledo probably a lot cheaper to just buy one there
@ElioRose9 жыл бұрын
+Kirk Durka +Roger Toledo Truth...I lived in Japan for a while, you can buy a 240 for anything between $900-$2,500(US) on the used market. Expect to put in a very little amount of work, but it will basically be a finished drift ready product.

Soon in August? I'll be getting a Subaru BRZ. I have hopes of going places not just in the states but also around the world in it. Japan, Dubai, London, etc. A weekend in Japan? Is just a taste of the kind of life I wish to live, and that one day I will live. I love this culture too much to not be a part of it. I just want to thank you GTChannel for sharing with us this vid. Sometimes you guys inspire other to chase dreams and don't even know it. :)

Start by not wasting money on a BRZ
@ItsJustCams9 жыл бұрын
***** Whats wrong with the BRZ? Should I just get a FRS instead?
@AUSMSokolovac9 жыл бұрын
Sorry to tell you bud but any of the GT86 chassis cars are underpowered overweight and fairly expensive to mod. If you want the true experience an older honda toyota or nissan are the way to go.
@ItsJustCams9 жыл бұрын
***** Oh I'm hip, its just that the BRZ suits me the best of all of them, and trust me I looked. For a while I was thinking to go down the euro route. But I'm really a fan of the older 86 and 2000GT, The only cars Nissan have in my taste are the Z, and the older Sentra definitely but I'm looking for something rwd. My prob with the Z is that the 350 isn't brand new, and the 370 doesn't feel as spacious, I'm about 6 ft but most of it is in the legs. Supra's are an older platform and I'm more lenient on the mileage because I'm a toyo fan but at this point its almost 20 something years old (the model I want) and it'd be better off as a piece of nostalgia.I always wanted a S2K but this is the part where I'm about to get on some people nerves. I'm not a real fan of convertibles, and yet if I got an S2K? I would want the Targa top and probably never take it off because with wouldn't be self retracting, plus when I test drove one I'm pretty sure it was me? But under hard cornering I felt a bit of flex (if thats right). The BRZ was my choice because I don't mind having to do mods to it because I'll be doing them myself. And initially? I'll just want to drive around with it a bit asa daily driver and take it to a track every other weekend.
@ItsJustCams8 жыл бұрын
You guys are probably probably going to think TF is wrong with his guy. But turns out that S2K had a awkward accident before and the job to get it repair was rushed. One of my friends that buys up used/busted up autos and fixes them up to sell them later found that the flexing came from a bent knuckle to name the most that was wrong with it. I did a bit more searching and though the S2000 holds a place in my heart (I definitely find some way to get the 2017 if it actually comes out around 22-25K) I decided to go with an Gen Coupe. I thought it was a steal considering even the base model for the 2015 year comes a GDI V6. It's a bit on the heavy side for my taste but I just have to admire how far Hyundai has come when it comes to the quality of their cars. Besides, I have this pretty wicked idea for it once I put some decent miles on it.
