Great bike build video. This is one of the only videos where the mechanic is doing everything the correct way. Greasing the bolts, and all the metal on metal contact points. The attention to detail is first class. I would be happy to have this guy build a custom bike for me

Haha, building a bike properly and professionally is becoming a lost art. With the advent of marketing BS and molded plastic junk, few young mechanics get the chance to properly prep and align a frame. Much less even know what those old dusty tools on the wall are used for. You can't do lots of those procedures on modern plastic frames. They're what makes the bearings function properly. People wonder why their plastic bikes creak, wear out bearings and handle funny? Oh, to be young, dumb and ignorant.... Unless you personally align your own plastic frame you'll never really know if it was done right.

Your attention to detail during the build is excellent. The PTFE tubing and 3M protection film are things I know of but would of never used until I saw it here. Nice work, I would certainly let you build my vintage bike frame.👍👍

Old Campagnolo. Chorus. Built for the early 2000 years 9/10 speed groupsets.

Hummm. I kinda like the bike but I don't get why you'd wright "L'Eroica" on it when it's clearly not an Eroica bike (and wouldn't qualify for an Eroica race to my knowledge). It's a nice steel bike, with a vintage vibe to it but it's not really vintage. Would have been beautiful with a 1980's campagnolo super record NOS groupset. Finding it would be tough though so I get it. I think a really nice final touch would have been to sand the branding on the cables and tape. It's not doing any favor to this otherwise nice bike. Thanks for sharing the video is really well made and you know your craft !
