Hi Abinayaa, the secondary applicant's NOC makes very little impact on a PNP ITA (next to a negligible amount), even if it is in more demand.

Stay in that province until you got the citizenship and then you can move. I think it’s just fair to stay in that province for a considerable period of time if not for good

Hey Jason,You do in depth research before putting anything out there 🎉🔥.By the way what if I ve applied for PR and studying in some other province on student visa while my PR is being processed.Any video on that where a person applies for PR,doesn't wait for it,goes out to study in Canada and just after finishing one yr of studies or so receives the PR.If the province you applied for PR is same as that of the college you are studying well and good but,if it's not the same province,what's the whole process and what are the chances of PR acceptance.Also ,if you applied PR for the post of say software engineer but you are studying marketing in Canada while your PR is being processed how does that work.A video or your light on this issue will be most appreciated! Studies and PNP's are independent from each other. You can apply for your PR from anywhere in Canada after or during your study course

@@DreamCanada but will this make the whole thing complex.I am actually over 3 yrs working in engineering sector and I wish to move out into say business management-now If I apply for PNP I ll apply for software developer Noc and when I pass out a degree of business management, obviously I am not looking for jobs in software rather I m looking for business based sector.yes having a pr in advance saves tution fees as well as keeps you mentally prepared for the province you need to stay in.but in such a situation,should I apply a PR and study in parallel something else.or like not apply for PR itself

Only express entry oriented PNP streams (eg the Alberta express entry program) require you to fulfill 67 EE points. There are many PNP programs and streams for which you can apply separately through an EOI process on their websites. I do have a question though. as a medical personnel it is recommended for me to do a 1 year training on the canadian healthcare system and healthcare practices before practicing in canada and the schools that offer such programs are either in ontario or british columbia. I hate this (not your video, but the rules!). They shouldn't issue PR, if you're NOT free to move anywhere in Canada. Period! If the province want us to remain loyal, after obtaining PR, they should.... 1) Issue a 'Provincial' PR. 2) Clearly state the minimum of time the Provincial PR holder must remain in the province, before they can upgrade to a National PR status. The ambiguity is very unfair and stupid. I am going through the AIPP (Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program). So, I am not sure if it's the same for this program.
