I just looked up To Aica Wave Mem? What I found is apparently there are multiple versions of the dreamcast. The bios on this one uses a different rom called Acia Wave rom (or mem in this instance). Aparently there was a write error (to) the rom (acia wave mem)

I think the AICA WAVE MEM issue was caused by it trying to write an invalid value to the AICA's, well, wave memory. Because the AICA was actually a microprocessor for audio. "The Yamaha AICA Super Intelligent Sound Processor is a Yamaha sound processor released for the Sega Dreamcast console and Sega NAOMI arcade system in 1998."
